Why Family Dinner?

Why Bother with Family Dinner?

We have all heard that family dinner is good for us and our families, but in our busy lives, it can sometimes seem so hard to make it a routine. Time pressures, conflicting schedules, issues with food or conflicts at the table with your partner or children can also conspire against family dinners. It's not necessarily easy, but it is important.

I started this blog to inspire and support families to make the commitment to family dinner, by either starting a new tradition or keeping up the good work they are already doing. Here are some of my thoughts on why family dinner is worth the effort.
